Our Guaranteed Program provides future parents with complete medical, legal, and organizational support — from the very first consultation to the birth of your child. Unlike standard programs, this package includes an extended range of medical services: a larger number of donor eggs, genetic testing of embryos. The program is designed to ensure maximum safety, transparency, and confidence in achieving a successful outcome

Medical Services

  • Complete IVF cycle with donor eggs (minimum 30 oocytes), including ICSI fertilization and embryo cultivation.
  • PGD/PGT genetic testing of embryos.
  • Four embryo transfers following genetic testing.
  • An option to involve two surrogate mothers.
  • One year of cryopreservation for sperm and embryos.
  • Comprehensive medical and psychological screening of the surrogate mother, with medical preparation for embryo transfer.
  • Medical and pharmaceutical support of the surrogate mother until 12 weeks of pregnancy. 
  • Full monitoring of a singleton pregnancy from weeks 12 to 40, including prenatal screenings at 12 and 18 weeks (PAPP-A test and ultrasound).

Delivery

  • Full organization of the delivery in a maternity hospital.
  • Medical support of the surrogate mother during and after the delivery.
  • Complete medical care and support for the newborn.

Surrogate Mother Compensation and Support

  • Monthly payments for transportation, food, and clothing.
  • Continuous support from a personal coordinator.
  • Accommodation in Kyiv during the final stage of pregnancy.
  • Provision of medications, vitamins, and necessary treatment.
  • Final compensation upon the successful delivery.

Consultations and Coordination

  • Review of medical documentation and personal support throughout all stages.
  • Assistance with document collection, written translations, and interpretation during consultations.
  • Organization of travel, apartment rental, and support with governmental and medical institutions.

Legal Support

  • Preparation and verification of all required documents.
  • Signing agreements with the agency and the clinic.
  • Notarized contract with the surrogate mother.
  • Obtaining the child’s birth certificate.
  • Legalization and notarization of the child’s travel documents.
